This is my pleasure to inform you that the newly opened Low Vision Resource Center at Nepal Association for the Welfare of the Blind (NAWB) through DLBC support in Kathmandu is planned to be inaugurated formally on October 8, 2009 which is also the special day for World Sight Day. We would be inviting the ministry of education and all concerned people in the inauguration.

I would therefore on behalf of NNJS like to invite you to come on this very special day in Nepal for the inauguration of the resource center.
