Project purpose
1. Providing good quality integrated education for blind-lowvision children, deaf-mute, mild intelectually disabled children in east Indonesia.
2. Provide social competence training for blind-low vision children, deaf-mute, mild intelectually disabled children who can not be integrated in normal schools.
3. provide care and basic non formal education for blind-low vision, deaf-mute with severely retarded children in activity centers, live in homes and family through C.B.R.

Targets Description

  • 299 Individual rehabilitation programs for the handicapped children will be made.
  • 15 Training of personel to prepare inclusive of the children @ 2.500.000 rp
  • 30 Implementation of the inclusive education program for 30 children
  • 269 269 children have received successfully the rehabilitation programs.
  • 30 Producing, ordering and printing of the equipment for children
  • 15 Producing, ordering and printing of the equipment for teachers
  • 150 Participant in socialization of inclusive education in 6 centers of implementation
  • 5 The cost of transport for one child, with parents, for a treatment in Bandung
  • 21 Treatment for children with eyes sickness
  • 74 Devices for children with low vision
  • 3 Audiometers
  • 550 Rehabilitation workers successfully trained for preparing blind children, implementing inclusive education,
    competence training and care of visually impaired children
  • 13 Number of retarded blind children in learning centers with social competence training making progress (P.A.C)
  • 24 Number of severely blind children in homes or activity centers for social care and functional living
  • (A.D.L.)making sufficient progress
