Organisation mission statement
To build the church and communities of South Sudan leading to Sudan being renewed.

Target group
Direct: Children with disabilities (Visually impaired, the physically handicapped, hearing impaired and the mentally challenged.
Indirect: Parents and communities living with children who have disabilities, teachers at the mainstream primary and the GoSS personnel.

Project purpose
To support education for ALL with emphasis to reinforcing equal access of children with special needs into mainstream quality education.

Targets Description

• 10 Increase enrolment and retention of CWDs in 30 mainstream schools within greater Yei County by 2011.
• 50 Government officials, community leaders, and other key stakeholders enlightened through awareness raising
  on the needs of children with disabilities by the end of 2011.
• 80 Provided with need based educational skills to mainstream schools through pre-service teacher training by 2011. 
• 10 Improved learning environment in mainstream primary schools by the end of 2011.
• 20 Public forums held to create awareness on provision of quality education to CWDs through dissemination of
  learned lessons during public forums, disability days and periodic meetings by the end of 2011.
• 1 Resource and assessment centres established and operational for improved placement in school and
  referrals by 2011.
