Targets Description

• 9 Community based organizations developed as community based structure for rehabilitation and inclusion of
  people with disability.
• 220 Families and communities of people with disability are aware of importance of rehabilitation and productivity
  of people with disability.
• 9 LTRCs have cooperation linkages with service providers for the treatmen, rehabilitation, education and skill
  enhancement of people with disability.
• 5 Community based schools become role models for promoting Inclusive education at Village level.
